Regional airline BA CityFlyer climbed to the top of the punctuality league table for June
with 92.0% OTP, ahead of bmi regional following closely behind with 91.8% OTP.

Ryanair climbed ahead of Aer Lingus to achieve 3rd and 4th positions respectively, followed by flybe, Virgin Atlantic and easyJet all of whom recorded OTP levels ahead of the UK scheduled flight average for the month.
For the year to date there was no change in the rankings, bmi regional remaining well clear at the top of the table with 93.3% OTP, while in second place BA CityFlyer recorded 89.7% OTP, both well in excess of the scheduled flight average for the period at UK reporting airports of 79.5%.
British Airways and Monarch scheduled flights once again had the poorest OTP levels for the month at 67.2% and 65.3% respectively, in excess of 10 percentage points poorer than the UK average in both cases.
Overall charter flight punctuality declined by 6.3 percentage points in June with an overall OTP level of 72.8% as the busy summer charter holiday season impacted timekeeping at UK reporting airports.
Thomas Cook Airlines remained ahead of Thomson in first position for the month with 74.5% OTP, Thomson recording 73.5% and Monarch slipping back well into third position with 65.9% OTP for their charter flights in June.
For the year to 30 June there was no change compared with the previous month among the charter carriers, Thomson charter flights being the most punctual with 79.2% OTP, followed by Thomas Cook and Monarch.
