Aer Lingus flights held a clear lead in our monthly OTP league table for February 2017 at UK Airports with 84.6% OTP. flybe flights followed in second place achieving 81.8% OTP, with close third and fourth places for Loganair (81.7% OTP) and Virgin Atlantic (81.5% OTP).
Aer Lingus Regional flights dropped to 5th position for the month with 81.1% OTP, having spent the previous three months among the top three carriers.
Thomson Airways remained in last place recording just 67.8% OTP, with Thomas Cook not far ahead in 14th place achieving only 68.0% OTP.

There was a slight drop in scheduled flight on-time performance at UK Airports between January 2017 and February 2017, with overall OTP reducing by 0.3 percentage points to 76.7%, well below the 3-year average February OTP of 81.4%.
OTP for the rolling year to 28 February 2017 was 72.8%, similar to the rolling year to 31 January but 5.3 percentage points below the 3-year average OTP level.

Aer Lingus retained a clear lead in our OTP league table among UK & Ireland scheduled carriers at UK airports during February 2017, recording 84.6% on-time performance, nearly eight percentage points above the national average level for the month.
flybe were in second place with 81.8% OTP, with Loganair climbing four places since January 2017 to secure third place marginally behind flybe with 81.7% OTP.
Virgin Atlantic flights also made a significant gain month-on-month climbing eight places in the league table since January to achieve 4th position overall with 81.5% OTP in February.
At the bottom of the league table for the month were flights operated by Thomson Airways, which achieved just 67.4% OTP, followed by Thomas Cook Airlines at 68.9% OTP in 14th place.
For the rolling 12 months ending 28 February 2017, Aer Lingus and Aer Lingus Regional retained top positions in the league table with OTP rates of 82.0% and 80.4% respectively, both well ahead of the UK average scheduled OTP level of 72.8% for the same period.
Loganair were in third position for the period, with 79.7% OTP, followed by flybe in fourth with 79.3% OTP.
easyJet and Thomson Airways flights had the poorest OTP levels for the 12-month period, recording around 65% and 68% on-time performance respectively, at least five percentage points worse than the UK average.
